The Renovations are a Success!
How beautiful did the barn turn out? We are thrilled and cannot wait to put it to use!
We are happy to announce that Ziva’s surgery was a success and she is home resting in her stall. We are so lucky to call Georgia Equine Vets our vets! …and lucky still that they have an in-house surgery center and medical boarding just miles down the road from us. #georgiaequinevet #rosewoodfarm
We would like to congratulate Ella Kate Payne on Commandment and Amberleigh Payne on Katharina. Both girls received these amazing western horses for Christmas. Both horses and Riders are continuing as part of the Rosewood Family and show team. Congrats, girls!
The Rosewood/Kings Ridge Equestrian Team Pics are back just in time for our show next week!
Thanks to everyone who came out to the KR Equestrian Kick-off party. Fun was had by all!!
For all the Kings Ridge Equestrian Club Riders! We can’t wait to see you there!
Have you opened up your copy of September’s edition of The Morgan Horse yet? Rosewood Farm’s very own Amberleigh Payne (8) and RWD Direct Class (Owned by Tricia Waclena) have a photograph (bottom right) and blurb written up about them and their big achievements from The Blueridge Classic where they won Grand Champion in both the 11 and under walk trop pleasure and equitation. Way to go on a great team and incredible training!
Donner and O’Conner are just stopping by to let everyone know that mints aren’t just for horses- they will sit really pretty for one!
We are looking forward to another great year as the host farm for the KRCS Equestrian club. We kicked off our season on Monday with a parent meeting and visit to the farm! If your little one is interested in joining this award-winning team, please contact the KRCS sponsor/coach, Lynn Brides and request info: lbridges@kingsridgecs.org. Our first show is November 9 and we have our kick-off party in a few weeks! Current families- please feel free to share this post in case other families are interested in joining this season.
The Rosewood family is sad to send Mikayla back to college today. We wish her all the best and are so thankful we got to spend the summer with her. Here are a few pictures from the barn send off party
